Beginners Courses...

QuickBooks Basic Training Help for Beginners...

We offer "Crash Courses" which are one or two day courses...

Or we also offer "Sessions" Courses usually Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Courses which are usually two to three hours in length per session, and usually last three or four sessions (one session at a time) giving a bit more time for you to absorb what you need to know and put into practice what you learn between sessions...

This course is designed specifically for new QuickBooks users, Basic training will show you how to get started with the power of QuickBooks experience for your business.

If you are new to QuickBooks work alone or you have employees (payroll), QuickBooks Basic Training will get you started and able to use QuickBooks in your business.

QuickBooks Beginners Training is right for you if I want to know how to:

Get to grips with using QuickBooks...
Understand data entry and the basic principle of double entry records...
Improve the record keeping in your business.

Course Agenda

Install, activate and update QuickBooks
Get organised (accounts, data entry, accounting terms etc.)
Set up a company file, including adding customers and suppliers
Manage lists (customers, suppliers, items etc.)
Manage your customers (invoicing, collecting payment)
Manage your suppliers (Cheque writing and Enter Bills)
Use petty cash and record credit card transactions
View and edit transactions
Reconcile accounts (bank, credit card, petty cash)
Generate and use financial reports (profit/loss, balance sheets)

Crash Courses are limited to 12 people per course. All Equipment is supplied. The course is run as a Seminar with Questions and Answers sessions. Refreshments supplied.

Cost & Registration (Crash Courses)

The cost of a Beginners Course is just £125.00 (plus VAT) per attendee. The course fee includes the full days training session and refreshments (with an hours break for lunch).

Cost & Registration (Four Session Courses)

The cost of a Beginners Course (sessions) is just £48.75 (plus VAT) per attendee per session. The course lasts for four sessions. The total cost for four sessions of approximately 2 hours 30 minutes each is £195.00 plus VAT including refreshments (with a 15 minute refreshments break).

QuickBooks Tutors & Trainers

All our QuickBooks Courses and Training are led by experienced QuickBooks users with a practical knowledge of the software and in addition experienced in Accounts preparation and/or Experienced Tax Advisers. Tutors have years of accounting, business and QuickBooks experience .

We also run advanced courses, courses on Payroll, preparing for Tax Investigations (by Qualified Tax Advisers) together with courses on other popular software you can use with QuickBooks including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and more.
