Online Support

This is our new online training section designed to let you take Quickbooks Training at your own pace.

A problem with half day or full day training either one to one or group training is that after a day or so you feel like you have forgotten what you learned.

Our Quickbooks online training videos are broken down into segments to make learning easier. Our introductory video "Setting up a Quickbooks File" is free to view so you can see how it works. If you like our method please register with us so that you can view the remaining videos in the "Introduction to Quickbooks" series. To the rest of the videos in the introduction series requires a subscription registration.

Subscription Registration costs just £95 plus VAT and entitled you to view our Quickbooks online training videos whenever suits you and as many times as you like during your subscription. Subscription lasts for 12 months and can be renewed after twelve months if you so wish.

Introduction to Quickbooks 2006 Pro - Video Training:

Quickbooks - Chart of Accounts - What it and how to set up individual income, expense, bank and credit card accounts. (30 minutes)
QuickBooks - Raising Invoices and Tracking Debtors and payments (30 minutes).
Quickbooks - Receiving Bills and Tracking Creditors and making payments (30 minutes)
Quickbooks - VAT Tracking, and VAT Returns (30 Minutes).
Quickbooks - Payroll & PAYE Running Payroll, Payslips and PAYE Liabilities (Approx 30 minutes)
Quickbooks - CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) tracking and matching (30 minutes)
Quickbooks - Stock - Tracking and Setup (30 minutes)
Quickbooks - Reporting, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet & VAT (30 minutes)

That's up to approximately 4 hours of training for £95 plus VAT ! The video courses are based on Quickbooks 2006. Although the layout of Quickbooks 2008 is different the general principles of the Quickbooks 2006 Pro courses should still be sufficient to get you started. We will shortly be releasing 2008 version of the courses above.

The training video assumes you have already loaded Quickbooks 2006 as takes you through setting up your company file.

After completing our introduction to Quickbooks Online Training Videos you should feel comfortable with using Quickbooks at beginner level.
